HOSTING & DOMAIN MANAGEMENT
Hosting and domain management for Malaysian businesses
We set up, manage and renew your website hosting and domain for you. Your domain is registered in your name, the hosting is provided by DCraft, and everything is connected correctly, secured with SSL and backed up, so you never have to deal with hosting companies, DNS settings or expiry reminders yourself.
What does hosting and domain management include?
Hosting & domain management

Is it the right fit?
Right for you if…
- You don't want to deal with hosting companies, DNS or renewals
- You want your domain and website in your own name
- You want backups, SSL and security handled for you
- You want one person to message when something needs changing
Probably not for you if…
- You already have a hosting setup managed by your own IT team
- You need a custom server setup for a large web application
Why let us manage your hosting and domain?
Small hosting and domain mistakes can take a website offline: an expired domain, a hosting login nobody remembers, or email that stops working after a DNS change. We look after it so that doesn’t happen to you.
Domain in your name
Your domain is registered in your name, not ours. Hosting is provided and managed by DCraft.
Full admin access
You keep the WordPress admin login after handover.
No lock-in
If you ever move on, your domain and website stay with you.
Secure by default
SSL included, so visitors see the padlock and https.
Backed up daily
Daily backups are part of every renewal.
Renewed for you
We handle renewals so your website and email domain don’t lapse.

Hosting & Domain: common questions
What does hosting and domain management include?
We register your domain in your name, set up and look after your hosting, install SSL, keep daily backups running, manage your DNS and domain settings, and handle the yearly renewals so nothing expires.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and you keep full admin access to your website after handover. The hosting is provided and managed by DCraft.
How much is the renewal after the first year?
Year 1 is included with every DCraft website. From year 2 it is RM299 a year for a landing page, RM499 for a business website and RM699 for an e-commerce or corporate website.
Can you manage a domain I already have?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. We take over looking after it, connect it to your website and handle the renewals from then on.
What is SSL and do I need it?
SSL is what makes your website load securely (the padlock and https in the browser). It's included, because browsers warn visitors about websites without it.
